using themes in nature to guide group conversations, sharing circles not only give groups the opportunity to learn more about each other and deepen trust and vulnerability, they also allow participants to make direct connections between themselves and the natural world. we use the Earth's examples as wisdom and guidance for navigating our human experiences.
somatics




somatic activities consist of body and breath exercises meant to regulate the nervous system, ground into the body and environment, and cultivate presence. these exercises are often inspired by and can take place in the outdoors. we also offer complete
1-hour beginner friendly yoga classes.
